This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and VerifyMDS ORG, governing your use of the SymPedia mobile application (the "App") for iOS and Android devices.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with this Agreement and our Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by this Agreement.

  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.

  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices.

3. Ownership

The App is licensed, not sold, to you. VerifyMDS ORG and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all content and intellectual property rights.

4. Updates and Maintenance

We may provide updates or upgrades to the App. These will be governed by this Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license. We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the App.

5. Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may collect and use anonymous data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyMDS ORG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
